First of all I would like to mention the nice person Mr. MOHAMMED from CBC renting car agency .. He is a Super helpful and available most of the time to help with a quick responses on any question .. He is always asking if we need help not just in his speciality ! The Hotel location is perfect it located in the center of Trabzon .. Where you can do shopping or have the most delicious food .. The beautiful view of our room (509) ! and it space is perfect Breakfast is good Some of the employees are nice

Everything was good about this hotel, staff were always smiling, generous, helpful, location is close to the center and the shopping areas . Mr. Abdulla at the reception was extremely good person and just felt like being my younger brother , I wish him good luck

Cebeci Grand Hotel is located in central Trabzon within easy walking distance of the city's main shopping and tourist street. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good. Travel Tip: If you're in Trabzon to do tours to the Sumela Monastery and/or Uzungol, the hotel is conveniently located next to the office of a tourism company that has good tours at very reasonable rates. Do not book through the hotel or you will pay a higher rate than necessary.

Well lit and ventilated. I have to close the windows to NOT hear the noise from the street. Comfortable bed, everything clean. They put free bottles of water in the room. Breakfast is buffet style. Every day I have to ask for hot milk to drink coffee with milk. They should think about people who don't drink tea. They did NOT give me the room I paid for, they gave me another one that was NOT decorated according to the listing. The decoration was very common and classic. Check in and check out were excellent. I left my bags at check out for 10 hours so they could take care of them, no problems. I expected more for a 4 star hotel, but very good price.

Staff was good! Especially Muhammad and Abdullah, very friendly and attentive. They assisted us with tours and airport pick up. Breakfast was good enough. Location and view was great. We did have proper sleep, with those plush pillows and bed.

The triple room was amazing, big and well-structured. The black sea view from the balcony was something else! The hotel has all the facilities and the staff provided great support to finding a tour/public transport for me (a solo traveller) even on a Sunday (during Ramadan) when everything had shut down. I even extended my stay for an additional day. The ocean is right across the street from the hotel and it just takes walking on an overhead bridge to get close to the water's edge where there is a public park and walkway, so ample public sunbeds to enjoy the endless blue water of Black Sea. The main market and shopping street is just 100m away hence a great spot to eat out, shop and interact with local life. Daily buffet breakfast was quiet a spread with Turkish and Continental mix, even a vegetarian like me was able to stuff up!

I stay at this hotel 4 days. The staff were all kind and helped me with whatever advice I asked for. The room was comfortable, however it does not correspond to the photos in Booking. My room was as shown in the photo below. There were no paintings, nor was it as bright as Booking's photographs showed. Also, there was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom for all days ... There were only 2 soaps. Also, for the first 2 days they forgot to leave me water. Certainly the room doesnt correspond to reality as shown in the photos. Nevertheless, it was very close to the city center and the staff polite und helpful

All is super The location with a marvelous view of the sea and mountains The staff are amazing and helpful The restaurant are amazing the food is delicious and it’s not breakfast it’s like a delicious home made party food the ladies in kitchen the ladies in service rooms are like a mother taking care of her family I love my stay even I feel like crying while leaving that warm place I will come again as soon as possible It’s really amazing I relaxed and relaxed ❤️🔥 Thank you all staff Thank you for the complementary coffee 🥰 Plus there are a very near by parking with a free kids parking sea front
