First of all I would like to mention the nice person Mr. MOHAMMED from CBC renting car agency .. He is a Super helpful and available most of the time to help with a quick responses on any question .. He is always asking if we need help not just in his speciality ! The Hotel location is perfect it located in the center of Trabzon .. Where you can do shopping or have the most delicious food .. The beautiful view of our room (509) ! and it space is perfect Breakfast is good Some of the employees are nice

I came to Trabzon for work, but staying at this hotel made me feel like I was on a little vacation. Being right in the middle of the bazaar and within walking distance to everything was incredibly convenient. In the evenings, it only took a few steps to reach the seaside, stroll through the market, or sit down in a tea garden. The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that I forgot all my tiredness in just one night. The bathroom had constant hot water, and the towels smelled fresh and clean. The staff were genuinely caring, warm, and sincere — they treat you like old friends you’ve known for years. Whenever you need something, they’re quick to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the variety of cheeses and the fresh bread. If I ever stay in Trabzon again, I wouldn’t think twice about choosing this place. With its perfect location, comfort, and friendly service, it’s truly the kind of hotel that makes you say, “I’m so glad I stayed here.

We stayed at Cebeci Grand Hotel for just one night during our Black Sea road trip, but it definitely left a lasting impression. Since we were traveling as a family, room layout and cleanliness were very important to us — and the hotel exceeded our expectations in that regard. Our room was spacious and well-kept, and having an extra bed for the kids made things much easier. The elevator was fast, and we had no trouble moving between floors. The staff even helped us with our luggage right away — small gestures like that really make a difference. We made sure to wake up early so we wouldn’t miss breakfast, especially with such a beautiful view from the terrace. The open buffet had simple but high-quality options, and there was something for the kids too. Even though we only stayed one night, we truly felt at home. It’s a great option for families.
